Mr. Nissanka Weerasekera
Nissanka Weerasekera was the Regional Managing Partner for Central and South Asia of Aureos Capital,
A leading PE fund manager focusing on small and mid-cap enterprises in emerging markets worldwide, from 2003 until 2013.
He also functioned as the Group Operations Director of Aureos Capital while serving on the board of the parent company of Aureos in the UK. Nissanka started his PE career in the mid-nineties as the CEO of the pioneer Sri Lankan venture capital firm PVIC. He is a past-President of the Venture Capital Association of Sri Lanka.
He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA), has an MA in economics from the University of Colombo and a BSc (Hons) in physics from the University of Peradeniya.

Mr. Nanno Kleiterp
Nanno Kleiterp was the CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of FMO
The Dutch Development Bank from 2008 until 2016. FMO is the largest bilateral DFI in Europe. During his distinguished career at FMO, Mr. Kleiterp also served as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer
In 2016, he published the book ”Banking for A Better World” (Amsterdam University Press), which lays out the case for transformational investments in developing countries and the role of Development Finance Institutions
Mr. Kleiterp holds an MSc in Sociological Economics from the University of Groningen in The Netherlands
EDFI, Honorary Chairman. EDFI is an association that comprises 15 European bilateral DFIs and a total investment portfolio of EUR 40bn committed to supporting the private sector in developing countries. Nanno was the first independent Chair of EDFI from 2017-2019
